Join Trevor Ring of Community Cultures for fermented fun! This season we’re bringing back our Intro to Fermented Veggies class as well as Pickled Garden Goods. If you haven’t joined Trevor for either of these intro classes, now is your chance! We’ve also added two new ferments to the line up! This semester we’ve added a fermented soybean paste workshop, better known as miso and a customizable fermented hot sauce workshop! Join us for just one class or sign up for all four!
Enter the world of microbes in this introductory class! You will learn about the nutritional, cultural, historical, and flavorful components of fermenting vegetables safely in your home. This is a great class to help you understand the significance of fermentation and how to troubleshoot the simple process of making sauerkraut. Walk away with new knowledge, a broader understanding of fermentation, and a jar of kraut to enjoy at home!
We're sorry. Tickets are not available for this event at this time.
