About the Instructors

Nicole Zellie Lann
Nicole has been practicing yoga since 2000. She holds certifications in a 200 hour Kripalu-based yoga teacher training and a 100 hour YogaRhythmics® teacher training in 2003. Her offerings have recently found a new identity under the name SoulFULL Movements, as this name reflects the depth and richness of her approach to yoga — emphasizing not only the physical aspects, but the profound impact on the soul. With over two decades of diverse yoga and somatic experiences, Nicole's classes create a harmonious blend of styles.

Alicia Broudy
Alicia has been practicing and teaching yoga for almost 15 years. She completed yoga teacher training in 2015, along with several continuing education hours in sequencing, anatomy, somatics, and more. Alicia is currently a student at the Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy, and she is a graduate of the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership. As a Mindful Outdoor Guide, Alicia weaves together yoga practices, grounding exercises, and meditative walks for a fully immersive and sensory experience. Alicia teaches at One Point One Yoga, and she works as an Outdoor Educator for a local nonprofit.
