Join us in Botany Hall Kitchen where we'll delve into the art and history of cheese making and create our own gourmet grilled cheeses! Certified Cheese Professional and owner of Chantal's Specialty Cheese Shop Anais Saint-Andre Loughran will teach us about all things cheese, flavor, process, history, legend, culture! Taste and explore a variety of cheeses and choose your favorite to craft your own gourmet grilled cheese. Chef Alekka Sweeney will teach us the tips and tricks to making perfectly cooked grilled cheese every time!
