Botany Hall Teaching Kitchen at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens
Learn the secrets to crafting chewy, flavorful bagels without gluten. Join us in Botany Hall Kitchen for this hands-on workshop with Oliver Pinder of Wild Rise Bakery. Whether you're a seasoned baker or new to the gluten-free scene, this workshop offers something for everyone. We'll cover every step of the bagel-making process and discuss gluten free flour blends. While our dough is proofing, we’ll prep burger toppings to enjoy our bagels with. Veggie burgers will be available by request!
